Trade FAQ
Who can apply?
Retail stores, interior designers, hospitality groups, buyers for commercial properties, and online retailers with a sales tax permit or business license.
What do I need to apply?
Your business name, address and phone, your Tax ID (EIN), and your state sales tax permit or business license as a PDF or photo. Add your resale certificate if you have one, for tax-free orders.
How long does approval take?
We review every application and email you as soon as you're approved, with a link to set your password.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one piece or a full container.
How do payment and shipping work?
Orders are paid in full before shipping, by card, check or wire transfer ($25 fee). In-stock orders leave our warehouse in 3–6 business days by parcel, LTL freight or your own carrier, or you can pick up in Norcross.
Do you charge sales tax?
Not when a valid resale certificate is on file. Designers without one pay sales tax where required.
Can I sell Zentique products online?
Yes, at or above our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). Listings on Amazon, eBay or other marketplaces need our written approval.
What if an order arrives damaged?
Note it on the delivery receipt while the driver is there, then email photos to claims@zentique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
