Zentique Terms of Service
Product Line
Zentique's products have a unique antique look that adds a touch of elegance and vintage charm to any home. The distressed finish of these products is intentionally created to look rustic and old-fashioned, and may include rusting, paint chipping, unfinished features, cracks, and air bubbles in glass vases. Some products may have a more heavily distressed finish than others.
The majority of Zentique's products are crafted by hand, which means there may be slight variations in appearance or dimensions from one piece to another. Product dimensions listed on our website are approximate and may vary from one shipment to another. We recommend that installation planning be done after receiving the product.
DISCLAIMER: The characteristics described above — including distressing, handmade variation, and dimensional differences — are inherent to Zentique's product line and will not be considered valid reasons for claims, returns, or refunds.
Account Eligibility
Zentique sells exclusively to qualified wholesale trade account holders including interior designers, retailers, and other verified business customers. A valid resale certificate must be on file with Zentique before any order can be processed. Zentique reserves the right to approve or deny any account application at its sole discretion.
Placing Your Order
All orders must be placed through our website at www.zentique.com. Once you have created and verified your wholesale account, you may log in to browse and purchase products.
When placing an order please provide all relevant information including but not limited to warehouse receiving hours, side marks, PO numbers, and any special instructions. Receiving hours must be provided prior to submitting your order.
Available shipping methods include FedEx, UPS, LTL Liftgate, LTL Curbside Residential, and Third-Party / Customer Account. Please note that all orders must be paid in full before shipment can be scheduled. Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated lead time of 3–5 business days. A second confirmation will be sent when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Zentique makes every effort to keep products in stock. If a product is on backorder, the website will reflect the stock status and you may choose to proceed with a backorder at checkout. By proceeding to checkout on a backordered item, you agree to prepay in full to secure your place in the fulfillment queue once the item is restocked. Please note that placing a backorder does not guarantee restocking, as manufacturers may discontinue products or encounter production issues. Estimated backorder arrival dates are approximate and subject to change. Once a backordered item is in stock and payment is confirmed, orders will leave our warehouse within 5–10 business days.
It is the customer's responsibility to advise Zentique of any project deadlines prior to placing an order. Zentique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping, weather, payment processing, or manufacturer issues. Once you confirm and submit your order, Zentique is not liable for any discrepancies from the original order. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Payment Methods
Zentique accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept checks and wire transfers.
- Wire Transfers — A $25 processing fee will be charged for all wire transfer payments.
- Checks — Payments by check require 5–7 business days for clearance before shipment can be scheduled. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned or bounced checks.
Zentique reserves the right to hold shipments on any order that has not cleared payment in full. Full payment is required prior to shipment for all orders.
Cancelling Orders
Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to cancel an order, the following fees apply:
- Cancellation before packing — A 4% cancellation fee will be applied to the order total.
- Cancellation after packing — A 25% restocking fee will be applied to the order total.
- Made-to-order items — Cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
Once an order has been handed off to a carrier it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If a customer initiates a chargeback with their financial institution without first contacting Zentique to resolve the dispute, the following will apply:
- The customer's account will be immediately suspended pending resolution.
- The customer will be responsible for all chargeback fees and associated costs.
- Zentique reserves the right to permanently terminate accounts found to have filed fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.
Zentique encourages all account holders to contact us directly at info@zentique.com or (770) 368-3000 to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Zentique maintains a Minimum Advertised Price policy to protect brand integrity and ensure fair market competition among all authorized resellers. Resellers may not advertise Zentique products below the MAP price established by Zentique. Violation of the MAP policy may result in account suspension or termination. For current MAP pricing, please contact your Zentique sales representative.
Intellectual Property
All product photography, catalog content, descriptions, branding, and creative assets produced by Zentique are the exclusive property of Zentique. Wholesale account holders may use Zentique's product imagery solely for the purpose of reselling Zentique products through authorized channels. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Zentique:
- Altering, cropping, or editing Zentique product photography.
- Using Zentique's brand name, logo, or assets in any way that implies endorsement or partnership.
- Reproducing or distributing Zentique catalog content for any purpose other than authorized resale.
Authorized Resale Channels
Wholesale account holders may not list or sell Zentique products on unauthorized third-party platforms including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or any other online marketplace without prior written approval from Zentique. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Claims
All shipments must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery. For any damage that occurs in transit, Zentique cannot accept claims unless the damage is noted on the Bill of Lading and reported while the driver is still present, or the item is rejected at delivery. Accepting a damaged shipment without notation forfeits the ability to file a claim.
For shipments arranged and billed by Zentique, we will assist in filing a freight claim only if damage is reported immediately, noted properly at the time of delivery, and supported by photographs and documentation.
For shipments arranged and paid for by the customer through a third-party carrier, Zentique is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay once goods are picked up from our facility. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer at pickup, and all claims must be handled directly with the selected carrier.
All claims are subject to Zentique's Claims & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Force Majeure
Zentique shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms of Service due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, port congestion, carrier delays, labor disputes, manufacturer delays, supply chain disruptions, or government actions. In such events, Zentique will communicate expected delays as soon as reasonably possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentique's total liability to any wholesale account holder for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or any order shall not exceed the total value of the original order giving rise to the claim. Zentique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zentique and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your misuse of any Zentique products.
Account Termination
Zentique reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts that have outstanding past due balances, have violated these Terms of Service or the Claims & Return Policy, have filed fraudulent or bad-faith claims or chargebacks, have violated the MAP policy or authorized resale channel requirements, or have engaged in any conduct detrimental to Zentique or its brand.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service or any transaction with Zentique, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to non-binding mediation before either party may pursue arbitration or litigation. Any arbitration shall be conducted in Gwinnett County, Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and agree that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis — not as part of a class action.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and all transactions with Zentique shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not resolved through mediation or arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
Changes to These Terms
Zentique reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
