Program details

What counts toward my tier?

The merchandise subtotal of a single order, before tax and freight.

What items qualify?

All in stock items. Excludes made to order, custom, and COM items.

Where is free freight available?

Commercial addresses in the lower 48 states. Freight to Alaska and Hawaii is quoted separately.

What are the delivery requirements?

Free freight covers delivery to a commercial address with a loading dock or forklift. Liftgate, residential and inside delivery are available at an added cost. Free freight covers one truckload per order; if your order needs more, we'll contact you before it ships.

Can I combine orders to reach a tier?

Each order qualifies on its own. Orders can't be combined after they're placed, and each order ships to one address.

Can I combine this with other promotions?

No. Volume Pricing discounts can't be combined with other discounts or promotions.

What if an order arrives damaged?

Note it on the delivery receipt while the driver is there, then email photos to claims@zentique.com within 48 hours of delivery.
